CHALLENGE

DOTCOMS needed to create NikeStore.com.cn as an online authentic sport store providing a premium shopping experience for targets, while driving loyalty and effective online sales to engage the audience and change their online shopping behaviors.

SOLUTION

DOTCOMS created a four-phased online strategy:

Multiple-dimension media strategy to drive traffic from the brand site, search, social network, mobile device, or online display ad to www.nike.com/cn/zh_cn/

User-friendly, sales-driven content arrangement and creative to optimize efficiency and maximize sales

A tracking system to measure and refine the site

eDM to follow up and build member relationships for repeat visit and purchase

RESULTS

DOTCOMS’work on this project yielded impressive results. Demand generation year on year increased 140%, while average order value year on year increased 10%. Store revenue year on year increased 160%.
